What is the RECAP Program?
RECAP is an opportunity for real estate service providers to present their offerings to the students of the Real Estate College of Colorado.
The RECAP program offers service providers the distinctive advantage of reaching these students BEFORE they obtain their real estate license and are bombarded with advertisements from other competing businesses.

This package includes advertising space in our classroom and eight 10 minute presentation slots.
(The video referenced six sessions). High demand has allowed us to schedule eight sessions in 2023.

We will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase to assign the dates for your presentation.
Presentations will be on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 9 - 9:15 am and
6 - 6:15 pm. If you have a preference on the days please let us know in the purchase form.
Advertising in the classroom is done with flyer boxes hung along a classroom wall. We will reach out to you within 48 hours of your purchase to arrange a time for you to drop off the material you would like to have in your flyer box as well as a stack of business cards.
