The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. was established in 1978. The school is approved by the Division of Private Occupational Schools, Colorado Department of Higher Education and regulated by the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
All licensing programs meet the specific requirements of the State of Colorado to obtain a real estate license, and all continuing education courses have been approved by the Colorado Division of Real Estate.
School facilities and student files are maintained at our corporate office in Colorado Springs.
