By ordering the 2013 Update course, the student agrees to the following:
Upon satisfactory completion of all academic and skill requirements and when all financial obligations to the school have been met, the school will award the REC-33 (completion certificate) to the student.
Any student who has a comment or complaint regarding Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. is invited to write or call the School Director personally. If satisfactory resolution cannot be reached between the student and the school, the student may file a written complaint online with the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Private Occupational School Board at www.highered.colorado.gov/dpos.comor by requesting a complaint form at (303) 866-2723. There is a two-year limitation (from student’s date of enrollment) on the Division taking action in student complaints.
THE POLICIES PRINTED BELOW ARE A PART OF THIS ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
STANDARD OF PROGRESS: This Standard of Progress is used as a gauge for normal progress through a course or a series of courses in a program of study. Satisfactory progress for the update course is based on passing the final exam given in the course. A satisfactory or “passing” average is 75% or higher. The grading standards of the college for real estate courses are as follows: A=95% to 100%, B=85% to 94%, C=75% to 84%, F=74% or less.
The school maintains a Student Progress Record on each student which contains the scores and dates of each final exam a student turns in to the school. This record is available to the student upon request. Any student who is making unsatisfactory progress in grade average will be notified by mail or in person. If the unsatisfactory performance is not corrected, the student may be terminated from the course or program.
There are no refunds given for the 2013 CREC Update course.
This enrollment is valid until 12/31/2013 or upon the completion of the 2013 Update course whichever comes first.
