This is the required course to obtain a Colorado Real Estate license if the student is not licensed in any other jurisdiction. Students who enroll from this page are enrolling in the Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. "Easy Payment" Subscription program. The information at the bottom of this description details the Easy Payment Program and is very important to review.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING "EASY PAYMENT" SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM
The student understands the following:
1. Student will be charged an initial enrollment fee of $275 (plus applicable shipping and handling).
2. Enrollment fee includes all printed materials, online access, useage rights to downloadable MP3s, useage rights to online video and other student resources. The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. retains the copyright and ownership rights for all Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. produced multi-media.
3. Student will be authorizing The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. to initiate a credit/debit withdrawal for the monthly subscription fee. A separate agreement between the student and The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. will be executed for this authorization..
4. The fee will be in the amount of $125.00. It will be processed monthly, commencing one month from the date of student's enrollment and will be billed monthly thereafter. Monthly billing date is based on Enrollment Date. For example, if student enrolls on the 10th day of the month, the billing date will be the 10th of each subsequent month.
5. The subscription charge will be billed for a maximum of five months (after initial enrollment fee) or until the student provides written notice requesting discontinuance of the charge due either to completion of, or withdrawing from, the course. Student may at any time discontinue his/her enrollment in the Easy Payment Subscription plan by providing written notice to the Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc., 2927 High Street, Pueblo, CO 81008 or by email to info@realestatecollege.com at least 10 days prior to monthly billing date.
6. Student understands that the authorization will remain in full force and effect until The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. has received written notice from the student, or upon the sixth month following Enrollment Date, whichever comes first.
7. Student will not receive a monthly statement from The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. Student understands that the monthly charge will appear on his/her credit card statement.
8. Student understands that if his/her request for discontinuance is received by The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. after the required 10 day notification period, and if the credit card has already been run, the student will NOT be issued a refund. The account would be terminated at the end of the new billing cycle. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED!
9. Student understands that he/she will not be entitled to a partial refund if training is discontinued during the month prior to the new billing cycle. Student's subscription will extend through the end of the current billing.
10. Student understands that the Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. will charge an $8.00 fee any time that his/her card is declined. The Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. will contact the student if the card is declined for any reason prior to attempting to run the card again. Student understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to notify the Real Estate College of Colorado, Inc. if any changes occur (i.e. expiration date, loss of card, new card number, stolen card, etc).
